1) Who may use this website?

Previlli  does not intend to reveal personal information to third parties except in the manner stated in this Privacy Policy. Previlli will prove aggregated information received from you to third parties. Previlli takes commercially reasonable precautions to prevent the aggregated information provided to third parties from including personal information.

If Previlli is requested by law enforcement officials or judicial authorities to provide personal information on individual users, Previlli may, without your consent, provide such information. In matters involving claims of personal or public safety, Previlli may provide your personal information to appropriate authorities without your consent or court process.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
